The Story

Human was seven years old when lockdown hit.

I had spent those 7 years working with leaders to build great teams then, overnight, none of them could be in a room together. So I built a different kind of room: a place for leaders to talk openly about the challenges they were facing, what culture actually meant under that kind of pressure, and what COVID was doing to their people and culture.

Almost seven years and 200 episodes later, that room is The Human CEO. Leaders come on the show to talk about culture: how they've built it, how they're making it sustainable, and the impact it has on the people who work within them.

The Experience

You're walking into a conversation, not an interview. Two humans, two mics, one agenda.

• We talk through a few questions together off-camera first, so nothing's a surprise
• If you can stay, lunch and an informal debrief afterwards
